I'm Levon. Born in LA, raised in Lebanon. Hummus was at every table growing up. It wasn't a health food. It was just food.
When I moved to LA, I couldn't find a protein snack that wasn't a bar, a shake, or a powder. Everything was sweet, processed, and fake. Nothing savory. Nothing real.
So I started making it myself. Apartment kitchen, batch after batch, until it tasted right and hit the macros. Now it's made in a commercial kitchen in Los Angeles.
Hummus that fuels. That's the whole mission.
